I'm sharing one phone between two software developers. I need to backup and hard reset the phone when exchanging with the other person.

How do I hard reset?
Does the backup app that came with the P800 do a good full backup/restore?

In flip closed mode - jogdial UP * DOWN DOWN * DOWN * - option number 5 - format internal disk.

Yes, but you might want to check sonyericsson.com to make sure you have the latest version of PC-Suite.
