Any experience of running multiple concurrent BT connections against a P800 or P900? I am trying to run a GPS device using BT (Emtac) at the same time as a BT headset (HBH-20). I end up losing the headset connection all the time.
Is this a limitation of my P800 (hopefully!) giving me an excuse to upgrade to P900 or a general limitation of platform?
Thanks
Sorry but thats impossible, the P900 can only connect to one BT device at a time.
I have not read this, I think it's possible.
P800 to P900 is not an upgrade. They are 2 different phones. So justify your purchases with that in mind. You would simply be getting a new phone. SE doesn't recognize it as an upgrade so why should you coin the P900 with that term? Just get a P900 already and be happy with it.
Oh, by the way, try connecting the headset first then the GPS receiver. If one superceeds the other based on a connection que then you know that the Pxxx is giving a device priority over the other based on a specific condition (connection que). Haven't tested this out with my P800 or P900 yet. However, as much resources (ie battery) as the phone uses when paired to another device via BT I don't see why it would allow multiple connections for the sake of risking a crash.

Hey? In all the important hardware terms they are near identical!
