N'gage full format

Does Anybody knows a method to format the n'gage without type *7370#?
my n'gage display only Nokia and don't start up

Remove the battery, remove any MMC's, remove the SIM.

Put back the SIM & the battery, connect AC.

Turn the phone on.

If it doesn't work, take or send it to a Nokia authorized service/repair center.
