I was wondering how can you get your notes through file explorer. I mean, you can navigate through your phone, and its drives, but I simply can't find my .txt notes files. Where are they? anyone knows?

Inside C:\system\Data\Notepad.dat, not as individual (.txt or other) files.

Just i think is more easy to get the notes files...
Open NOTES app... open the Note that you want.. or MARK all that you want to send and then...
And simply OPTIONS .. Send by Bluetooth> to your pc
there you get a .txt file 😃

Does this work in the other direction, from PC to Phone?
Yes. You can send text files from the PC to the phone. They will end up in the phone's Inbox as messages.
