Anyone know if there's a way to delete the entire inbox or sent items folders in one go rather than one by one?

Deleting messages
Pen/ABC/Dictionary button + down arrow should mark all the messages then, options->delete or.... messages->options -> mark all-> options-> delete.
Hope I have got that right!
