HI!..

Just wondering...

a turned on TFT display with backlinght off...
in what of the following cases use more battery?..

1 - on a fullscreen WHITE
2 - on a fullscreen BLACK

or both cases use the same power?

anyone knows this?

i believe it would use the same power.

unlike a monochrome display that either has its pixels on or off, a TFT display should have the whole screen illuminated all the time, just changing the colours when necessary, thus having no effect on battery life.
