There is one file in which you can replace the original op logo with another. I did a shit one and want to revet back to the original and now cnnot find it. All I want to know is where to find it!

Just delete your shite one and re-boot.
The original one is then normally put back.
And I know quite a lot actually... mate... and was not being aggressive...all this info can be found by searching, chill out.

The logos are in c:\system\Apps\phone\oplogo

How you add them, modify them, delete them & where they reside are so often asked and answered that it should be very easy to find the existing answers from existing discussions using the search feature of this site.
