hi,

with my old communicator it was possible to get email-copies from the mail-server, so they were still there when you started your pc in the office to get your emails.

with the new 9210 this option isn`t available.
so if i receive the headers of my emails for a quick look and i delete it, they are deleted on the server!!!

nokia support told me already that this is normal,
but i cant`t believe that nobody has found a solution to have the same email-functionality as the old modell.

Yes, I agreed with Nokia. That's quite normal & logical.

If you still want a copy on the mail server, then you don't delete them in your 9210. It's that simple!

I too use the older 9110 and now 9210i & find the change in that functionality acceptable and logical.

Why do you want to delete the message in your communicator and still want a copy of it when you download emails from a PC?

If you want a copy on the server, then don't delete it from the communicator.😊
