Regarding porting from S60 to UIQ, what I really would like is a UIQ version of "TomTom CityMaps" (http://www.tomtom.com/news/news.php?News=109&Language=1 ).

Someone with the right knowledge could maybe offer TomTom to port the S60 version. I am quite sure it will be a winner for UIQ (which have even more "power uses"😉.

for porting anything the source code is necessary, without you have bad luck

so you must ask the creator of tom tom city maps
