I have a Orange Nokia 6600 that came without an Internet browser.
I am aware that some Nokia 6600's come with Opera pre-installed, but I was wondering which was the best? I have found 4 browser that are compatible: Opera, WebViewer, NetFront and Doris.
Can anyone recommend one? I think WebViewer and Doris take up the least room on the phone, is that correct? I am not looking for anything fancy with loads of bells and whistles, just simple Internet surfing.

If you want to surf the ordinary web, webviewer is the only sensible choice, the rest just bring down the whole goddam page and that is pointless on a phone.
With webviewer you can surf just about anywhere, it really does work well, I was very impressed.

I got my 6600 with Opera installed, I used Doris and WebViewer on my 7650 and I have to say that Opera is much better. It gives you a true web feeling, slightly slower and taking more space but you can access secure pages, like reading web based email such as Yahoo, you can save images, etc.
But if you prefer plain and simple browsing, I'd suggest Doris, i found it more reliable, at least on 7650.
