Any USB cable with a 6-pin mini-USB connector for the phone-side will work. I've use one from my digital camera (and vice versa).
The radio problem might require a reformat or a firmware upgrade.

Yeah, we advise you to take it to a service center. Any Symbian OS concerns which prevent the phone from functioning normally must be dealt with an nsc.
