HELLO SORRY ENGLISH OF MINE IS OF NOT GOOD. I LOOK FOR UPGRADE FIRMWARE ON NOKIA 3650. HOW IS I UPGRADE?

Hi,

You need to go to a Nokia (approved) service centre & they will upgrade the phone for you.
Unfortunately, the firmware software is not widely available for installation, but remains controlled by Nokia & at their authorised centres.

If you go to the Nokia website, it should list the service centres in your area.
