I turn on the phone, press 1 for phone mode, am told disc is full,am offered to delete files (dosent delete them) and when i press 'done' i see my welcome note and the orange screen and thats it. If i open the flip quickly i can see the main utilities page for a split second b4 it goes back to the orange screen.
How do i wipe and start again?

it happened because of installing and saving lots of files on your C drive, so I guess if u can get it to work and manage to move some files from C using PC File Manager, or uninstalling some programs.. its time to do it, cuz u may get the worst error msg u've ever read ... Disk Full, Reformating your Drive 😞
and then u'll loose EVERYTHING
otherwise, if you have a recent backup... be one step ahead and do format yourself 😃

it's easy, just do the following:
in the flip closed mode, move the Jog dial up once
press *
then down, down
press *
down
Press *
u'll get a list, choose 5 in that list (format internal drive)
accept it, and u r done.... u'll now have a brand new phone😛
Hasnt worked, memory is full as soon as it powers up...
Theres gotta be a way around this...

try upgrading your Firmware, or even get it flashed again if it's up to date, this way i'll do Format to the phone!
so go to the nearest SE service... and get it done
