Problem with Crystalized theme

I'm using this really cool crystalized theme from http://6600themes.cjb.net, i'm sure you will agree its one of the best there is!

Unfortunately I am having one major problem.. whenever I get a missed call, the theme quits and the default theme that comes with the phone displays instead.

I love this theme and so really need a fix, does anyone else have this problem or know how to cure it?

I now seem to have isolated this problem, it only occurs when Full Screen Caller is active, after the full screen image is displayed and then removed from the screen it will revert to the default theme. So I have disabled it 😞

correct, it a bug of full screen caller 2.05
