guys, how do you apply themes with a file extension of .utz and .ztr on a p900 and p800? I really need help on this. Thanks

Theme files are of course not associated with warez (unless they have been commercially released). But in the second part of your post, the part I edited, you asked specifically for cracks/key-gens etc., which IS indeed considered warez.
To answer your original question, there are several ways of transferring theme files to the phone. What I do, is use the PC File Manager from EPOCWARE and simply "drag & drop" the files to this directory; C:\system\data\themes\installed.
You can also just beam the files through IR/BT, and the P900 should locate the files by itself.
