I have bought myself a usb infra red adapter to use with my 6600. The problem is that PC suite doenst pick it up. Im using Win2k and the os seems to see the phone cause when i attach the phone it pops up to send files to it. I just need to get PC suite to see it.
any ideas?
I have no experience with USB infrared adapters, but does the software for it support IrCOMM (serial port emulation over infrared)?
Does the PC Suite's mRouter list infrared as an option you can select? Have you selected it?
Not sure if it supports that. The PC suite software does list infrared but when i select it, it doesnt try to connect. Im recon i will have to try and mimic the infrared as a com port and see if that works.
