Ive installed FExplorer recently for my 3650 and have noticed tha some files from old applications are still lying about such as a folder of "ETI Camcorder" and "Agile Messenger", both of which I have deleted a while ago. Will it be ok to delete these left over folders and files without mucking anything up internally on the phone??

Yes (as long as you only delete files that belong to program you used to have, but don't any more).
if you were to delete an important file would FXxplorer warn you about what you are about to delete like windows does or could you just go and f*$k up your phone if your not sure what your doing ,am i right in thinking you cant delete anything major from E drive as its the mmc memory and if you did you could just reformat it again ?just wondered as there is loads of folders in system mail ,are they all there by default or are more made as you recieve new mail ? hope that makes sense .
