the cost of 3660 is less than 6600 by 100$...

Which is better??

Is all program for 6600 can work in 3660?

The 3660 will have a lot more working applications then the 6600 because the 3660 runs on the older but stable Series 60 1.x and the 6600 runs on Series 60 2.0 which has some compatibility issues.
