Uninstall some/many of your Java applications.
If it doesn't help, back up your phone (to MMC or with PC Suite), reformat it with *#7370# and restore the backup.
The backup is needed because the reformat will delete all contacts, settings, messages, installed programs, ringtones, pictures,...
