hi im just new hir, just want to ask on what should i do to change the theme of my phone(7650), though i already installed a theme which is in .sis format, hope u cud help m, and thnx in advance

Sorry, I'm going to disappoint you here but themes do not work in the 7650/3650. They may do in time if an app is written to do so (it's being talked about), but there is nothing at the moment.
What you really need is an app called Smart Launcher, which skins the application menus similar to themes. Some would say it's a better way as it allows more tuning.

Again some people, Aefox for one, make their themes into .skn files which Smart Launcher uses. So you can have a similar look to what us theme guys have.
But, with the addition of Skin Editor you can make your own skins as well.
