How to change profiles with java.

I'm trying to develop an application that changes the profile of the phone during some periods of the day chosen by the user. But i don't know any kind of functions in J2ME that allows me to change the phone profile. Can somebody help me with this?

By the sounds of it your learning to program java apps, so I wish you luck in making your own profile changer and if you do manage to can we have it? 😃 😃 😃

Having said that there are apps on the market already that do this. The one in my mind and that I use is Psiloc Extended Profiles Pro. The new one even changes themes at set points also.

There are a handful more apps that do the same, but off the top of my head I can't think of them.

You have no access from J2ME to do that type of things.
