i converted avi file to rm files using helix but after transferring it to 6600 it says "unable to play clip".
why is that so??

The version9 codec does not work on mobiles, unless you grab the latest realone player from the real developers site.

even after converting it into real 8 codec it is not playing on the fone....
what could be the prob??
It may be your audiance set up your bit rate anything what settings are you using?
you have to set the values low. bitrate,sound etc
