Trouble is that's an American website isn't it? The X may not be able to get type approval in the US (at least that's what the Sendo website states in micro small letters at the bottom of its smartphone webpage). It may never be available there!!!
Rayman, No-Air-Time is an American website but they do sell "grey market" imports. They will sell the phone whether it gets an FCC approval or not. As long as they can find a vendor somewhere in the world to sell it to them bulk that is.
I'm signed up at Expansys.com, they sell all manner of SIM-free phones, and have an alerter for the Sendo X already.
