i need assistance please.
i have recently aquired a p900.
i can't get the pc to recognise the phone.i have installed and uninstalled the cd software several times and followed the instructions to the letter.but it just won't have it.
can anyone help me please!

Does the PC recognise the USB device?
If so, does it load and run the monitor software (little squiggle in the System Tray)?
If so, does the light on the stand come on when you put the phone on it?
If so, does the system tray squiggle do anything about this time?
If so, are you getting any messages saying it is trying to find a device?
yes i does recognised the usb device.
and yes to everything else except it does not say that it is
trying to find phone.it does nothing at all.
i have had a look in the control panel at the phone
monitor and there's no phone there at all
I had a similar problem. On my pc I got 4 USB ports (2 at the back). If I try to connect to back one it dose not work. So I have to use the one in front, although it is not esthetic. Try
Did you do this by any chance? Plug the cradle first before installing the software? If you did then you will definitely get mixailukr's problem.
Try your other USB ports.
