Backing up a 6600 with ALL Folders & Files

Is there any way to be able to just copy the entire internal memory and mmc card to your pc, I got a nokia 6600 6 weeks ago, but a few days the app manager got corrupted and deleted a couple of folders that were needee for other software and it has taken Nokia 3 weeks (So far.. as phone is still not arrived back) to repair. Being able to back up the entire internal memory and memory card, would mean that if this ever happens again, i would just be able to copy all the folders accross, and the phone would have an intact folder structure. with all the files in the correct folders. The nokia data suit will not allow this, I have read somewhere that altering one of the files on the 6600 data suit on your pc, can allow the software to access the entire phone, but cannot re-find the method on any forums. Forward thanx goes to anyone who can offer any help, maybe there is another piece of software that will allow you to read all the folders, or maybe there is a way to alter the official nokia suit to allow this.
