Storing the Address Book and Messages on the Memory Card — Nokia 6600 and 6620

My phone memory seems to have filled up rather quickly and I am now getting a message saying there is insufficient memory to store any more messages and I should delete some. I would now like to put all the old messages on the memory card.

Does anyone know how to transfer the messages on the 6600 phone to the memory card?
Also, How do I set the default so all future messages are saved on the games card?

Lastly, I have noticed that the address book is saved on the phone and not the memory card.

How do I save my address book on the memory card instead of the phone?

Ok to do this follow the instructions:

Press Menu button then select Messaging
Use left key to select Options and then go down to Settings
Go down this menu untill you get to "Other" and select it.
Go down to "Memory in Use" and change this to "Memory Card"
