I have just got my N-Gage and wanted to tranfer over some files from my computer using the usb cable (onto the phone memory) i dont have a MMC as yet. I installed PC Suite and plugged in the phone. It then tells me that it can be in Com1 or Com 3 when first starting the programme - No USB ports availiable. I dont know what com 1 and 3 are and they dont work. The phone recognises that it has been connected. I am running Windows XP. Any help would be appreciated. Many thanks.
Can you help me please?
1.pc suite only works with bluetooth(and for some including me not even then)
2.Get a memory card(you should have got a 32mb one with the handset.
3.Turn it on and plug in using the usb
4.Go to my computer(memory card should be there as a removeable drive normally (f) )
5.Transfer away!
