ok i want to tranfer an video clip from computer to n-gage but theres not enough memry on the phone but have a 128 card is there anyway i can move the inbox to my sim card or is there a way i can directly send it to my 128 memory
card running on xp with msi dongle and 128 bytestor memory card

Use PC FileManager or PcFtp Bridge.
Use your USB cable to transfer the file to your MMC.
Or just use the filemanger in PCsuite to transfer it using bluetooth.
