Using mp3 as ringing tone...

Hi guys,

I have a question about using mp3 as your ringing tone:

I want to place the mp3 on my "c" drive so that removing the memory card don't interfere with my ringing tone, cos you all know that removing the mem card with the mp3 on it will make me go back to the other available ringing tones.

The problem is whenever I place the mp3 on "c" it doesn't appear in the tones list but when I put it back in "e", it appears...this onl happens with mp3 and not with wavs...any one got a suggestion?

What folder to you put the ringtone in?
Also you can use mp3 as ringtone but not message tone.

I placed the mp3 file in the "c" drive under c>nokia>sounds>digital but this didn't work so I placed it in "c" but inside no folder but under the two folders there (i.e. under the nokia and system folders" but stil it didn't appear in the list.

it says in the manual .mp3 files must be placed on the e: drive.
