Trouble Installing 128mb DTS Memory Card

I just bought this memory card and when i installed it it says that it is corrupted and when it tries to format it it says error? Whats going on? How do i get this to work?

i'm not completely sure, but as far as i know the 3650 only supports mmc cards up to 64mb. 😞

i hope it isn't true tho'...
