how to transfer bw-pictures to my 3650

Hey,
i'm searching everywhere a way to transfer B&W-images (the images that can be sent e.g to nokia 3310) to my nokia 3650. I have downloaded some b&w BMP files and some .NOL files. But the image-files on the phone are in the .OTA format.

How can i transfer those pictures and/or convert them?
