Is contacts.cdb on 7650 compatible with 6600?

Hi

Am using a 6600 for a while and want to transfer my contacts from the 7650. I have seena few posts on this but nobody has talked about the contacts.cdb file. Is this compatible if I use flight mode to copy from my 7650 to 6600?
