Sony Ericsoon have released an updated version of their Windows software for making themes for their phones. The P900 is now supported. You can use the theme editor to customise almost every aspect of the UI.
The software is available as a free download from Sony Ericsson Developer world. You will need to register on this (for free) before you can dowload the software.
