I have successfully set up my 7650 and the 3 Com Bluetooth dongle on 3
separate computers without any problems.
A colleague asked me to set hers up (same kit exactly) but I had problems
almost immediately.
I installed the 3 Com software and the Bluetooth dongle and am able to send and receive from the 7650 and the computer. I then installed the Nokia PC Suite and this is where the problems started. When I click on mRouter to define the serial ports - there are none - only an infra red port.
When I installed (exactly the same way and the same kit) on my systems and clicked on mRouter I was able to select numerous Com ports - 3 and 4 worked for me but on my colleagues there are non to select.
I have checked that all the Com ports are there and working and they are but mRouter just refuses to see them.
Does anyone have a solution or can point me in the right direction?
