You can add "Go to" to soft keys then click app,but i guess this is no quicker anyway.
And not all apps Go to!😡
What about third party applications.Can't remeber which ones,but i'm pretty sure there are a few that have the feature you requested.Search the online shop.
If you have Psiloc taskmanager then you can set the joystick to load different apps - assigned to UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT. Its a useful app to have as well.
How about run the program, then hide it using the hang up key, you can then get back to it back holding the menu key and selecting it fromt eh running tasks menu. Not great but may do you 😊
