Thats because this is a discussion group / forum and not an FAQ site 😊

Video recording has been discussed many many times and there is no need to start another discussion on video recording as all there is to be discussed has been discussed in previous threads - if and when the situation changes then someone will add it to said previous threads, in the meantime, all the info your ever likely to find on the topic has been discussed and is availible by doing a simple search which will result in you getting the answer you want without you waiting for a reply and withith the need to start another discussion.
