Mobiclip Problems

Hi,

Yeah this is a windows problem, or rather lack of a component.
Mobiclip software needs this windows component to work, it's called "Microsoft Net Framework v1.1" to be exact.

Go to Microsoft, then Downloads and search for it.
The file is quite large I'm afraid, but this extra component is used by applications to run properly.

i have done all the installing and tried to convert a file but it is still to big it started off at bout 14mb and got it down to 2.3mb quite good but it will not allow me to upload to the headset becuase it is to big. how do i upload direct to the flash card and is there any other program that will convert avi or mpg to video/x-pn-realvideo
or so i can play it in realone not mobiclip program.

Yeah they do turn out quite large, but trust me it's worth it at the end of it to have full screen.

What I used to use to transfer the files across was Epocwares PC File Manager, copying files from my PC into a folder on the MMC called Mobiclip. This was ok, but took some time as I use IR instead of BT but it got there.

Now thought I use a USB Card Reader I brought from the computer fairs for about �15. It's one of those multi-read ones that caters for many different types of memory cards found in cameras, mp3 players and now our phones etc.
It's a fast and great way to transfer files to the MMC. The only drawback is you have to turn the 6600 off before you can get to the MMC.

For .rm conversion I use Real Networks Helix Producer Plus, this makes .rm files for the 6600 no problem at all, once the encoding settings are right anyway.
But they are not full screen, which is where Mobiclip scores points.
