The A920/925 runs on UIQ 2.0 which does not support skins/themes like UIQ 2.1(SE p900) but if you can install Tracker on it,you will find loads of themes for it.You can get Tracker from www.symbianware.com
@ GhostDog, I think figifigi is after diffirent phone skins that change the look of the buttons on the A920

Anyone any ideas on how to make your own skins? I can handle the photoshop side, it's creating the skin file to put on the phone which is the problem. Any pointers?

Yes it is,as long is the device runs unlocked/unrestricted firmware.
