really appriciated the reply for my earlier post. cheeerz m8 it helped alot. Well i wanted to know if i could update my Symbian OS v6.1 in my nokia 3660 to Symbian OS v7.0s that nokia 6600 uses. If yes how do i go about it .. and what programs do i need.

The core OS cannot be upgraded. The 3660 has, and always will have, Symbian OS 6.1. Likewise, the 6600 will always have Symbian OS 7.0s. It is not possible to change this.
You can, however, get firmware updates from authorised Nokia Service Centres to fix bugs. To find out your current firmware, type *#0000#. I don't know the latest firmware for the 3660, but the 3650's is somewhere in the v4.xx region.

Wuz gona ask abt themes too .. so when u plannin to release ur version ? or any other software out there that could theme a 3660 ?
For now you can try sLauncher or maybe even WildSkinz but i wouldn't reccomend WildSkinz,it has caused a lot of problems for a lot of forum members.
No release date for Themerizer. As ghostdog suggested, for the time being I recommend sLauncher.
Also, as shown in my signature, the themerizer is only designed for the 7650, 3650 and N-Gage (not 3660).

If your phone is still under warranty (which I presume it will be for the 3660) and you are a club nokia member, upgrades to the firmware *should* be free.
Now, when you take your mobile into one of these authorized service centers what is the charge for updating the firmware (US)?
