Apple has released iSync 1.4. The new version adds support for the Nokia 3660 / 3620, the Nokia 6600 and the Siemens SX1. iSync now supports all currently available Series 60 phones.

iSync allows you to sync your iCal and Address Book on your Mac with your phone. With these Symbian phones iSync also syncs the Address Book picture to the contact info, so you can see a picture of the caller when the phone rings.

The new version is available at http://www.apple.com/isync/download/

Does it really transfer the images also on the SX1?

The apple compatibility chart says no, and my first experience confirms that (no images transferred to the phone).

Has any SX1 owner been successfull in syncing images of contacts?

The images being referred to are the Thumbnails stored in the Contacts on your phone.

You must also have the "Address Book" open and linked via Bluetooth for them to show on the screen when someone calls.

Wirelessly posted (Nokia6600/1.0 (3.42.1) SymbianOS/7.0s Series60/2.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.0)
