It is slow yeah,but if you only do one thing at a time i dont think it is too bad,if you wait til the preview has updated and then carry on its ok! (just ok,and the preview takes about 20 secs to update,so yeah slow but worth it)

in the tools/sdk part, under the c++(probably why its slow) part.
Look for Series 60 Theme Studio (for Symbian OS) v1.02. its about 22mb
