HI i read the tutorial for mobiclip installation and converted a 90 MB file (output file size was approx 15 MB) and played it on my phone.
But it took 55 minutes!!!!!!!!!!
Even the sound wasnt as loud as real player
Is there nething that can be done about it??
Or is there ne other software which can do the same job faster

I cant diagnose without you giving the specs of your pc.
But that is a long time and yes the sound isnt good in the demo version. You can try to increase the volume using virtuadub sound settings. You can try smartmovie its the latest thing and both me and ghostdog are testing it out.
