With which tool can I transfer files into the \system\apps\ folder and how can I locate this folder ?
With the built in filemanager I cannot see the system folder.

transfer files to \system\apps\ folder
Use Seleq or FExplorer.
It's like windows explorer on your pc. You can go around with your files, copy, edit, rename, cut, paste, etc.

Seleq does seem to be causing a lot of people a few "bugs" so personally i would choose fexplorer.
