In some countries bluetooth is not allowed. So for legal resons they block bluetooth on on BT-devices.
I dont know how to unblock it.
Probably with a original Nokia firmware.
Never did knew that. Locked, wowsers. I learn something new today, but sad too ay. Buy a BT phone and you can't use BT, sad stuff!
