Am it again! 😉 always coming up with some probs or other!!
Now this time i am using my nokia as web cam with REMOTE S60 and SOFTCOM and MAN ITS AWSUM!!! 😃 For this i switch on camera preview in REMOTE S60 PRO and use softcam to capture it from there! 😃
But then now I gotta a problem 😞 In REMOTE S60 when i turn it on in the PC after hooking up the fone thru bluetooth and launching RS60 in d fone too the display is not as it is in my cell in terms of colors!! 😡 It juzz shows red green blue and white colors not actual 65k (am using Nokia 3660)
How do i solve this? In the PC REMOTE S 60 in option it has 4096 as default and i cnanot select 65k even as it shows it as option but cant be chosen!!
Lemme plz know how the display in REMOTE S 60 would appear as it appears in my fone too with same colors and good display!
Camera Preview is although working perfectly 🙄

Well, that's a known bug in version 2.00 😞
I haven't had any 3660 and 3620's for testing, and I wasn't aware that they are 64k color phones instead of the 4096 color Nokia 3650 😛
I've partly fixed the bug in 2.02 which you could download from the following links:

Would be great if you could give it a try and let me know if the colors in the virtual window are correct. The webcam window might still show these "psychedelic" colors. I'll try to fix that as soon as possible.

The new versions r working perfectly in terms of screen display with 65k functioning on them. Camera Preview is also just fine nd in older version too it was fine only problem is with the screen display of the phone!
as per yr instructions am sending u d files of screen captures with both versions.
P.S New version still have some problems - it hangs quite often. Plus when you choose to save a screen shot it hangs!

I think u need Mrouter for Remotes60 to work. I dont have Mrouter right now - i mean i dont have the pc suite Cd- but is it possible to download it?
if it is, cud somebody PLEASE post the url???
NOTE - I dont want to download the whole PC suite thing, JUST MROUTER for REMOTEs60 TO WORK!!!
BTW i want to use an IrDA connection, if it helps!

There's an option in Remote S60 (PC app) to set the JPEG color mode. Try setting it to High.
