when i call out or people call in, i can hear their voices but they cant hear my voice,i tried the voice recording,the mic is no problem,i also master reset,but still same,anyone can help...thanks

I think it's time to send it to Sony Ericsson!
I think you've messed up with your System/Data files, so I suggest to Format the Internal Drive (after backup), then try your phone if it works, then you have to restore your data manually (contacts, sms, settings...) if it doesn't then as Delta737 said, check SE service center!
remember that the Internal Drive format will restore your phone to the original settings and will reset everything in it!
Or it could be a simple case of holding the phone in such a way that your finger blocks the mic !!!
