anybody know how you can edit the contact details froma PC - like you could with logomanager or even PC Suite on the series 40 phones?😕
editing the contacts
With PC Suite for the 6600 you can only do it if you synchronize the contacts with Outlook, Outlook Express, Lotus Notes or Lotus Organizer (which you then can use to edit the contacts and sync again to get the changes back to the phone).
There are also utilities that can be used to export contacts to, e.g., CSV (Comma Separated Variables) files which you can edit with, e.g., Excel (or a plain text editor if you wish).
thanks I will give that a try. I have also found the Oxygen Phone Manager but having problems getting it to connect at the moment.
