Is it possible to change the way my names and phone numbers are displayed?
I want to be able to show the name and number rather than just the name, is this possible? I can olny find an option to have the first name last etc.

No you cant.
Try some of those third party fullscreen callers,like Fullscreen Caller or PhotoID.I think they can display the name and the number.
