As my Nokia 6600 has been bought here in Belgium, it only features the Dutch, French and English language packs ...
Is there a way to get the Italian pack and in case there is, where do I get it and how do I install this ?

There aren't any user-installable, individual language packs available.
A Nokia authorized service center should be able to flash your phone with a firmware release that contains Italian (note that there may not be a firmware with also Dutch and French at the same time with Italian, so...).
