help... memory full

sorry if this seems stupid, but i have been trying to transfer a file to my phone using bluetooth, however, it stops partway! saying memory full, even though i have a 32 meg memory card that is empty!

is there anyway i can specify that programs are installed on the memory card?

also, whats the best phone manager to use?

when you install a program it should ask you where you want it installing. When you transfer your programs from pc to phone, it arrives in your inbox. when you open it, it'll start the installation process.

I use Fexplorer and Psiloc's appman

you need to alter a setting to use your memory card for messages. Go to your messages and without going into your inbox, press options(left soft key) and then select settings, then scroll down to other and change the Memory in Use to Memory Card.

Hope that helps

thats seems to have done the trick.

what phone manager would you reccomend, the nokia manager that comes with it on cd never seems to work!

thanks again!

Be aware, sometimes it's not good to transfer files using sending to bluetooth function. It can skip a few bits/bytes.
for sounds, use the nokia file transfer (you can directly check whether it should go to the phone mem or mmc card).
